Ingredients

100 grams Brie cheese, |
|
|
4 whole strawberries, |
|
|
2 slices white bread, thick slices, |
|
|
olive oil, |
|
|
pepper, |
|
|
4 sprigs spring onions, chopped, |
|
|
|

Instructions
|
|
|
Preheat the grill.
|
|
|
Cut the brie cheese in six long slices and slice the strawberries as well.
|
|
|
Spread olive oil on both sides of the white bread slices and toast the bread under the grill on both sides golden brown.
|
|
|
Top the slices of bread with the brie and the strawberries and alternate the two. Sprinkle with pepper and put the sandwiches under the grill for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
|
|
|
Sprinkle with some spring onions.
