Ingredients

400 grams fusilli, |
|
|
1 clove garlic, |
|
|
200 grams chicken breast without skin, cut in cubes |
|
|
2 tablespoons gin, |
|
|
290 grams Roman Style Sliced Artichoke, |
|
|
150 grams Naples Style Rustic Mushrooms, |
|
|
parlsy, |
|
|
100 grams peeled tomatoes, minced |
|
|
100 milliliters vegetable broth, |
|
|
Parmesan cheese, grated |
|
|
salt and pepper, |
|
|

Instructions
|
|
|
Meanwhile cook the fusilli in boiling salted water and drain when 'al dente'. Place into the saucepan with the chicken and stir for 1 minute. Serve hot
|

|
Cook in a small casserole pan 3 tablespoons olive oil and 1 clove of pressed garlic until garlic is golden brown, add chicken meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and chili. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes.

|
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gin and cook until gin evaporates. Pour vegetable broth into the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Add Roman Style Sliced Artichokes and Naples Style Rustic Mushrooms (well drained). Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes stirring constantly
