Feta with figs and mint
A refreshing good looking snack.
Ingredients
feta cheese,
dried figs,
fresh mint,
olive oil,
lemon juice,
Instructions
Cut the feta cheese in small triangles.
Cut the dried figs in thin slices and place them on the feta triangles with a mint leave. Pin these with a tooth pick
Make a dressing of 4 parts olive oil, 1 part lemon juice and minced mint. Sprinkle the dressing over the feta cheese triangles.
