Emmenthal chips
Sick and tired of potato chips, try these cheese chips instead
Ingredients
50 grams butter
125 grams all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
50 grams Emmental cheese, grated
1 whole egg yolk
2 tablespoons cream
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form a roll with a diameter of 2 inches thick. Place the roll in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the roll into 1/8-inch thick slices. Grease a backing sheet with butter and divide the slices over the backing sheet.
Bake the chips in a 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C oven for 7-10 minutes.
