Dutch cheese mousse with port wine
A semi hard cheese can be turned into a special cream cheese with just a little attention.
Ingredients
125 milliliters cream
80 grams Old Amsterdam cheese, grated
2 tablespoons red port wine
6 balls ginger in syrup
Instructions
Whip cream in a bowl almost stiff. Fold the grated cheese and the port wine through it. Divide the cheese mousse over two plates and garnish with the ginger.
