Ingredients

400 grams parboiled rice, |
|
|
290 grams Sicily Style Rustic Peppers, |
|
|
4 whole hot dogs, sliced |
|
|
140 grams gruyere cheese, diced |
|
|
16 whole Apulian Style Wild Onions, cut in half |
|
|
olive oil, |
|
|
salt and pepper, |
|
|
|

Instructions
|
|
|
Cook rice in a large pot of boiling water according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
|
|
|
In a large bowl combine cooked and cooled rice, hot dogs, cheese, onions cut in half, peppers, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Stir and chill in until serving.
