Chicory with grilled goat cheese
A delicate blend of the sharp taste of chicory with the softness of goat cheese.
Ingredients
2 heads chicory, witloof
125 grams soft Goat cheese
1/2 teaspoon thyme
pepper
2 teaspoons oil
Instructions
Heat the grill til maximum heat. Wash the chicory, cut it in half and discard the hard center piece. Will the vegetable with the goat cheese and sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Sprinkle with oil and place the chicory 4 inches under the grill for 3 minutes.
