Chicken breasts filled with basil ricotta
Chicken meat is very versatile and this recipe shows just that.
Ingredients
10 grams basil, in strips
125 grams ricotta cheese,
salt,
black pepper,
4 whole chicken breast half without skin,
4 slices serrano ham,
olive oil,
Instructions
Mix the basil strips with the ricotta cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Use a meat hammer to flatten the chicken filets and divide the ricotta mixture over the four chicken filets and roll the chicken loosly. Wrap the ham around the chicken and fix with a wooden pin.
Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken rolls in 8-10 minutes golden brown and done.
