Cheese trio
A small dressed up cheese platter.
Ingredients
100 grams
soft Goat cheese
15 grams basil
1 slice white bread
1 teaspoon butter
1 leave iceberg lettuce
100 grams
Fourme d'Ambert
3 tablespoons white grape juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons walnut oil
22 grams walnuts
100 grams
cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cut the goat cheese in 4 pieces and from 4 balls. Cover the cheese balls with basil leaves. Wrap them in plastic foil and store them in the refrigerator.
Toast the bread slice, cut away the crust and spread thinly with butter. Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce and place the leave on the bread and cover top it with the Fourme d'Ambert. Cut the slice in four triangles.
Coarsely chop the walnuts. Cut the cheddar in strips.
Divide the strips of cheddar in small piles over 4 plates and sprinkle the walnuts over it. Place a triangle of Fourme d'Ambert and a goat cheese ball on the plate as well. Mix the walnut oil, grape juice and the vinegar to a dressing and sprinkle that on and between the cheeses.
