Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Hojiblanca

The Millan Valderrama family has been dedicated to the plantation and cultivation of olive trees and manufacturing of the best high-quality extra virgin olive oil, since 1853.

The Valderrama olive oil is produced in a cold process. The oil is unfiltered, which preserves all the qualities of the land and nature in which it grows.

The name Hojiblanca comes from the whitish color (blanco) of the back of the leaf, which gives the olive tree the typical light aspect. This olive produces an oil of great quality which is very much appreciated

The Hojiblanca olive oil has a very smooth aroma, woodsy and slightly sweet with a heavier oily aftertaste. The taste is of soft oil with an elegant seasoned taste and a green fruity after taste.

The Hojiblanca olive oil is especially recommended for gazpachos, tomato salad, meat, meat stews and fish.
