resistant tree that produces olives that are small in size but which contain a large amount of excellent quality of aromatic oil.
The Arbequina olive oil has a fruity aroma with a touch of sweet green grass, nuts and apples.
It has a soft, elegant and fluid taste with a light
seasoned taste, followed by a raw almond, apple, tomato and banana cent that lingers.
The Arbequina olive oil can be used in salad dressings, white fish, rice and slightly acidic fruits such as fresh pineapple, but also banana and melon.
