Lavender Edik

In The Nederlands, a special vinegar, an Edik, is made. This gourmet vinegar is less acidic than the regular vinegars and has a very high flavor concentration. Per bottle approximately 250 grams of the fresh ingredients is used. The Edik will allow you to add a natural flavor to your dish without the need to use sugar to mask the acidity of regular vinegars.
