SwissAlp Panorama is a strong-tasting, semi-hard cheese with a subtle herb flavor and is produced using a traditional Swiss method. At the Global Dairy Congress in Amsterdam this year Swiss Alp cheese was awarded the Dairy Innovation Award 2007 in the "Best new cheese" category. In this, the first year of the Dairy Innovation Awards, a total of 90 products and concepts from 16 countries were submitted.
