When a 600 grams (1 lbs. 5 oz.) of Reypenaer is too much for you we have a nicely cut 300 grams (11 oz.) piece for you. We are convinced however that after tasting this delicious cheese you wished you order the larger wedge.
Reypenaer is carefully matured for about one year and has a soft and creamy flavor that lingers on the palate.
As many Dutch cheeses, also Reypenaer is ideal as part of your sandwich but will do justice to your cheese board as well.
If you really want to treat yourself an additional small piece of Reypenaer V.S.O.P. would do the trick. Both cheeses more than fulfills their reputation as an excellent all purpose gourmet cheese.
