Crava means goat in the Langa dialect. This small gourmet goat's cheese is produced exclusively from the milk of mountain goats from the Piedmont area.
The milk is pasteurized and result is exquisitely unique: a compact white paste which turns buttery as it ages. The subtle aromas are typical of goats milk.
It is best served accompanied by red wine, but can also be appreciated along with a full bodied white.
