Castello White or White Castello, a triple-cream, mold-ripened cheese, is truly unique factory made gourmet cheese.
It is neither a Brie nor a Camembert. It is characterized by a very fine, thin surface rind.
When Castello White is young it is firm with a light and aromatic flavor. As the cheese matures, it becomes softer and creamier. The taste becomes deliciously rich and develops a very sumptuous flavor profile.
Castello White is a distinctive, mild and creamy gourmet cheese. The taste at first is slightly acidulous and gradually gets a characteristic rich taste of milk.
This small piece of cheese is half moon shaped and packed in a Castello White carton box. Our offering consists of two boxes, each 5 oz/150 grams.
