Italian Cheese Assortment

Gourmet cheese assortments are an integral part of todays dinner parties. Italy has many well-known gourmet cheeses and it was easy for us to make a selection of an Italian gourmet cheese Assortment.

This Assortment includes:

Parmigiano Reggiano - a sharp cheese

Provolone dolce - a mild cheese

Gorgonzola picante - a blue veined cheese

Mascarpone - a creamy cheese

Fontina d'Aosta - a cheese with a nutty flavor

We would like to recommend serving our Italian Cheese Assortment with an Italian bread, such as Ciabatta, or may be our Kletzenbread, an extra virgin olive oil and may be a bowl of green or black olives.

This gourmet cheese assortment does not include the cheese board, bowls and the knife.
