Rondin is a pure sheep milk cheese speciality from the famous caves of Papillon (Butterfly). The Papillon range is no longer limited to Roquefort.
Rondin is a semi-hard gourmet cheese with a delicate, natural and edible rind. The entire log is approximately 800 grams/28.5 oz.
The cheese has many small holes that might remind you of the surface of the moon.
This gourmet cheese is matured for minimally 4 months; its paste is very delicate and mellow and delights due to its well-balanced flavor. Rondin is a cheese with a great character.
