Brie is a soft, unpressed, and naturally drained cow's milk cheese with a white rind flora. It is molded into a large flat disc, which measures approximately 40 cms in diameter, and is ripened for at least three weeks. Traditional whole Bries weigh between 2 and 3 kgs, that's why this whole Brie is called Petit Brie; it only weighs 500 grams.
Président's Petit Brie is made with pasteurized cow’s milk. This Brie gets smaller as it ages, it becomes runnier and the flavor intensifies.
Président Brie has a subtle yet distinctive flavor and deliciously creamy texture. It’s perfect to use in recipes, as a snack or on a cheeseboard.
